Lockdown Lego

We’ve all been in lockdown for most of 2020, and not been able to get to shows and display our creations.  Here we are building a gallery of what our members have been building during lockdown:

NB member Chris has been following the Star Wars TH show ‘The Mandalorian’ and here is his Razorquest MOC:

Another forestry vehicle build from Tim:

Another spaceship from Thomas – this one is called ‘Big Red’.

Steve took the time to recreate a local landmark, the Town Gates in Warrington, Cheshire:

Latest build in lockdown is this tour bus for a galactic rock group, from NB member Thomas.  The group relax in luxury in their VIP lounge while the guitars and drum kit travel in the cargo pod behind.

You have to make your own entertainment in lockdown.  Here is a Lego Ludo game:

Steve has been building habitats for the Collectable minifigures, and during lockdown he completed Series 12.  This will be an impressive display when we get to hold a show again!

We usually hold a show in Rhyl, but the 2020 show was cancelled along with many others, due to the coronavirus and lockdown.  Robert used the time to build a model of the venue:

SpaceShip! LEGO Octan hauler built in lockdown by NB member Thomas.

Jurassic lego from member Neil. He was only going to build the car to start with!

Cutting the grass during lockdown – the minifig could do with a haircut, too…

Pool Party – an alternative use for a facemask!
