City Safari Off-Roader, set 60267 by Amanda Wakes
Way back in 2020 I made a visit to a LEGO store and I couldn’t help but pick up the new City Safari Off-Roader set. City sets aren’t usually something that I’m interested in (unless it involves a train) however between the zebra stripes, the lioness and the tree costume, I couldn’t resist.

The Off-Roader comes with a removable roof-rack and a range of interesting aspects including a camera mount, zebra-print stickers for the tiles (including vent details) and beautiful blue and yellow coloured parrot. The cute lioness comes in a tan colour which is new to this set and comes with a posable head and rear legs. The tree costume is quirky and adds more fun to the set, especially when combined with the seriousness of the minifigure’s two facial expressions.

The build itself was very enjoyable (even while pausing after every piece to take a picture) and the set looks great once completed. It was a good choice for my first build of the year.
When originally released this set had a RRP of £17.99, you’ll need to look on eBay or Bricklink for current prices.
