Meet Peter bringing his Hospital MOC to life!
Here’s a little bit more about Peter and why he designed his build.
What got you into building LEGO as an adult fan?
I got back into LEGO building as I wanted to rekindle my childhood.
What’s the name of your build and what inspired it?
The name of my build is ‘Hospital MOC’. I was inspired to build it following my time and experiences in hospital.
Roughly how long did this display take to design and build?
It took me around 12 months to build.
Is there a detail that people tend to miss?
People tend to miss the MRI / CT Scanner.
What’s the biggest challenge in bringing this build together?
The hardest part was actually finding the LEGO pieces that I wanted. Some parts took a long time to arrive.
What part of the display are you most proud of?
I’m really proud of ‘mini peter’ and how I put myself in the build.
Are you planning to display this anywhere else?
I am planning on taking it to all the shows that I am at.

I don’t have social media.
What’s your next LEGO project after this one?
I’m not sure yet.
Additional: If LEGO could make a new theme what would you want them to make?
I would LEGO to build a hospital specific theme. I would love to see how they create different machines, and their interpretation of hospitals.
