Meet Charlotte (@charliibricks) bringing the wonderful wizarding world of Harry Potter to life.
Charlie has continued to change her build and add extra special easter eggs into each scene. Do you think you will spot them all?
Here’s a little bit more about Charlie
What got you into building LEGO as an adult fan?
In 2020 I was working as security, and decided to treat myself to the Hogwarts USC set. From that moment I was hooked.
What’s the name of your build and what inspired it?
The wizarding world of Harry Potter.
Roughly how long did this display take to design and build?
I don’t know exactly but it has been a very long time. I keep adding and changing parts of my builds.
Is there a detail that people tend to miss?
I’m not really sure, there is so much to look at.
What’s the biggest challenge in bringing this build together?
The hardest part was building the squid. It’s now larger than my other squid and it is a lot more technical than I have made anything before.
What part of the display are you most proud of?
I’m really proud of how many easter eggs I put in my build. I’m not going to tell you all of them, but you just need to look.
Are you planning to display this anywhere else? If so, where can people see it next – or follow its journey online?
You can follow us on Instagram @charliibricks
What’s your next LEGO project after this one?
I’m wanting to expand the wizarding world, and maybe include more classrooms or Hogsmeade.
Additional: If LEGO could make a new theme what would you want them to make?
I would love LEGO Fallout.
